About BESRO

Run the business.
We’ll help organize what’s behind it.

BESRO exists to help business owners control administrative staffing costs, reclaim time for growth, and avoid the burden of piecing together tools and workflows.

Why this work matters

Business administration, built around the owner’s priorities.

BESRO stands for Business Enablement, Support, Reporting & Operations. Our purpose is to bring recurring administrative work into an organized service, with a clear scope, defined responsibilities, and visibility into what is happening.

Business owners need customer follow-ups, schedules, invoices, and team records handled consistently. BESRO’s service model combines configured workflows, AI-assisted automation, and human oversight so owners can delegate agreed tasks and stay involved in the decisions that require their authority.

The experience behind BESRO

Melvin Henry

Owner, BESRO

More than 20 years in business administration
Retail · Call centers · Online sales · Direct marketing · Small business

Experience organizing the people, processes, and technology behind the work.

Melvin Henry’s experience includes shaping departments, creating roles to help work run more smoothly, and implementing technology to improve business productivity. That work informs BESRO’s approach: define who is responsible, organize how the work moves, and configure the tools to support it.

Across retail, call centers, online sales, direct marketing, and small business, Melvin has observed how administrative problems affect the business beyond the desk. A missed call can leave a lead unanswered. An overloaded schedule can create conflicting commitments. Scattered records can leave the owner chasing information before the next decision can be made.

He has also seen how attempts to solve those problems can add new demands. Software introduces costs, a learning curve, and the challenge of connecting different programs. Hiring creates responsibilities for training, supervision, and coordination. The owner can end up managing the solution while still carrying the original workload.

Why Melvin started BESRO

Administrative support should give the owner capacity back.

Melvin started BESRO to help business owners focus on the work they enjoy and the activities that move their business forward. The purpose is to take agreed administrative responsibilities off their plate, with a clear process for what happens next and when their input is needed.

Many small businesses need organized follow-up, scheduling, records, and reporting before they have the workload or capital to build a full administrative department. BESRO’s four service levels are designed around that gap: owners can start with selected functions or define broader coverage as their needs grow.

The value must be practical: a scope and cost the owner can evaluate, responsibilities they can hand over, and systems they do not have to piece together alone. That is why BESRO brings configured workflows and managed support into the same service model.

How our service is designed

Know what is being handled—and what still needs you.

Confidence starts with knowing the boundaries of the service. BESRO’s operating model calls for an agreed scope, approval limits, tested workflows, and reporting tied to your service level. These arrangements are established before work is activated.

You retain decision authority

Your agreed scope identifies what BESRO handles and which decisions remain yours. Approval limits and escalation contacts define when work needs your input. Access to your systems is limited to the permissions needed for those responsibilities.

Automation has oversight

Before activation, approved workflows are checked for routine actions, duplicates, failed connections, and approval blocks. The setup is presented for your approval. Exceptions have a defined path for human review and escalation.

Progress stays visible

Your service level defines the activity reports, dashboards, and reviews you receive. These provide a basis for checking progress, discussing outstanding work, and identifying changes needed in the scope or process.

Why choose BESRO

Less staffing overhead. More time to grow. Less software complexity.

01 · Cost

An alternative to adding staff.

Explore savings by matching administrative support to the work you need, rather than committing to another full-time role. Compare your BESRO scope and quote with wages, benefits, recruiting, and coverage costs.

02 · Time

Put your time into growing profits.

Hand over agreed administrative tasks so you can focus on winning customers, strengthening relationships, and improving the work that earns revenue. Define what BESRO handles and what still needs your approval.

03 · Simplicity

Stop piecing administration together.

You should not have to choose, connect, and learn a collection of programs just to keep administration organized. BESRO helps configure the tools and workflows around your goals, with guidance on what your team needs to use.

Savings and time released depend on the scope and workload. Required tools, integrations, subscriptions, and team training are identified during setup; availability and costs are agreed before work begins.

What administration can cost your business

A $47,540 wage can mean a budget of about $69,400 a year.

That is approximately $5,783 per month for one administrative role in the illustrative U.S. compensation model below—before recruiting, equipment, software, or additional cover during absences. The wage is only the starting point.

Illustrative planning example, not an occupation-specific cost estimate: this applies a broad full-time private-industry benefits ratio to an administrative wage benchmark. Your actual employment costs may be higher or lower.

Time off has a cost—and coverage is a separate decision.

Applying the same broad BLS benchmark allocates approximately $5,622 a year of this modeled total to paid leave. That amount is already included in the $69,400; do not add it again. It does not purchase a second person to keep the work moving while the employee is away.

For example: if you choose 10 days of temporary cover at 8 hours a day and an assumed all-in rate of $30 per hour, that adds $2,400, bringing this scenario to about $71,800 a year. The coverage days and rate are illustrative choices, not market averages.

What still needs a budget: recruitment, onboarding time, equipment, software, and any additional coverage or overtime. Management time and rework also consume capacity, but should be valued from your own records rather than an invented average.

Sources, assumptions, and calculation

Wage: BLS May 2025 median for general secretaries and administrative assistants. Ratio: BLS June 2026 full-time private-industry compensation, with wages representing 68.5% and benefits 31.5% of the total. Modeled total = $47,540 ÷ 0.685 = $69,401.46; benefits allocation = $21,861.46; monthly total = $5,783.45. Paid-leave allocation = $69,401.46 × 8.1% = $5,621.52.

This combines a median occupational annual wage with an economy-wide per-hour-worked compensation ratio. It is a simplified model, not a BLS estimate of the cost of employing an administrator. Paid-leave accounting differs between compensation statistics and annual salary budgets; for a real hiring budget, use your actual salary, employer contributions, and benefit costs without adding already-paid leave twice. A fair comparison: compare a BESRO quote plus any costs your business retains with an equivalent in-house scope. Savings depend on workload, coverage, and service terms; BESRO pricing is not yet finalized.

Beyond the payroll

Build continuity into the work.

Time off is normal. Mistakes can happen in any team. The opportunity is to organize administration so that coverage, handoffs, and review are planned rather than left to memory.

BESRO’s approach brings configured workflows and agreed administrative support together. The potential value is a clearer scope, organized processes, and less day-to-day coordination for your team. In-house staffing, managed support, or a combination may be the right fit. Cost savings, coverage, and service outcomes depend on the arrangement agreed for your business.
