How it works
Your business comes first.
We build the administration around it.
Tell us what you need to achieve. We help organize the setup and agreed administrative work, so you spend less time figuring out software and managing routine tasks.
Explore the four stepsFour steps. Built around how you work.
Start with the administrative work that needs attention, then shape the right level of support around your team.
Understand your business
Start with a conversation about your priorities, current tools, and recurring workload. Together, we identify the functions to hand over, select a service level, and define what stays with you. Your proposal sets out the scope, costs, responsibilities, and approval limits.
Configure your setup
Provide the business information, policies, goals, and authorized system access needed for the agreed work. We configure the workflows, message templates, in-scope connections, reporting, and exception handling around your selected functions. Access is limited to the permissions needed.

Get up and running
Before activation, we test routine actions, duplicate handling, failed connections, and approval blocks. You review the configuration and how your team will use it. Service is activated only after the required checks pass and you approve the setup.
Manage and improve
BESRO handles the agreed tasks within your service scope and authority limits. Activity reports, dashboards, and reviews follow your selected tier. Exceptions are escalated to the designated contact, and work requiring your approval stays subject to that approval.
Review what each tier includes, what onboarding covers, and the working support arrangements. Your proposal confirms the setup timeline and service terms before you proceed.
Access, approvals, and visibility
Know how your information and decisions are handled.
The agreed scope establishes what BESRO needs to access, what it can do, and when your approval is required.
What access does BESRO need?
During onboarding, we identify the systems and records needed for your selected functions. Access is delegated through the agreed setup and limited to the permissions required for that work. Your authorized administrator confirms access and approval responsibilities before activation.
What should I share in an initial inquiry?
A description of your business, the tasks needing attention, and the tools you use is enough to begin. Do not put passwords, customer records, employee information, or sensitive financial details in the inquiry form. Required operational information is identified during onboarding and collected through the agreed process.
Which decisions stay with me?
Your service scope defines what BESRO can do and which actions require approval. Requests outside those limits are referred to your designated contact. You provide a primary and backup escalation contact, so the process has a clear route when a decision is needed.
How are automated tasks checked?
The documented setup process includes testing routine actions, duplicate handling, failed integrations, approval blocks, and safe-stop behavior. The configuration is presented for your approval before activation. Human review and escalation support the agreed workflows; automation does not remove the possibility of errors.
How will I know what is happening?
Your selected tier determines the activity reports, dashboards, and reviews included. These help distinguish completed work, pending items, and decisions needing your input. View an illustrative weekly report.
What happens to access and information when service ends?
Before starting, confirm the handover arrangements in your service agreement: which records can be returned or exported, who removes access, how active tasks are handed over, and any retention or deletion periods. Your service agreement will specify the handover process and applicable retention or deletion terms.
Built to adapt. Not to replace.
Different businesses.
The same need for organized administration.
Whether your business runs on appointments, projects, recurring customers, or a mix of operations, the starting point is the work you need to manage. Your setup follows those needs.
